Account Rules
To access the full functionality of our Website, you must open a personal account.
Your account must be registered in your own, correct name. Only one account per person, household/address, phone number/email, and IP address is allowed; any further profiles are treated as “Duplicate Accounts”. If you open or attempt to open duplicates, we reserve the right to close your accounts without compensation and apply sanctions:
- Each action performed through a Duplicate Account is considered void;
- Any promotions the Duplicate Account has joined will be cancelled;
- Any winnings obtained on the Duplicate Account will be void, and processed withdrawals will be reversed and owed back to the Company;
- The Duplicate Account will be closed without an option to reopen it.
You must keep your login/username and password confidential and never disclose them to third parties. You alone bear responsibility for any actions and/or transactions made through your account. Any party entering your account with the correct login and password is considered to be you, and all transactions will be treated as valid and made by you. We are not liable for third parties accessing your account or for losses connected with its unauthorized use; all such use is considered your own.
You must not sell or transfer your account to another person, nor buy or acquire accounts of other persons. You agree that any attempt to do so is null and void and constitutes a breach of these General Terms and Conditions. This restriction covers, without limitation, a full prohibition on transferring assets of value of any kind – including ownership of accounts, winnings, deposits, bets, rights and/or claims connected with these assets, legal, commercial or otherwise.
Using the login and password of any other person to access the Website is forbidden.
Keep your account details current. Notify us immediately of any changes in your registration data.
Closure of your account: you may request account closure at any time by emailing customer support at [email protected], subject to the following conditions:
- An account can be closed only if it holds no remaining balance (positive or negative) and no pending withdrawal requests;
- If you wish to close an account with a positive balance and/or pending withdrawal requests, all funds on the account will be voided.
Self-exclusion request: contact customer service at the address above, and we will assist you in closing your account. It remains your responsibility to notify the Company of any other accounts you may hold with us and to refrain from opening new ones. The Company is not liable for potential losses on other accounts, nor for any losses or damages that gambling could potentially cause.
We reserve the right to deny the opening of an account or close an existing one without prior notice or justification.
